Sales Representative

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Sales Representative for direct-hire placement!

Our client is a top construction company specializing in commercial hardscape amenities: Outdoor kitchens for multi-family complexes, brick pavers, pergolas, retaining walls, geotechnical products is now HIRING a Sales Representative for the Orlando, FL area.

Direct Hire: $100K-$115K base salary plus M/V/D, 401K, PTO and holiday pay and $800/month vehicle allowance w/gas card.

Duties:
-Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs. 
-Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
-Grow the territory

Qualifications:
-5+ yrs of construction Sales experience 
-Commercial hardscaping exp.  
-Ideal candidate understands site development scope of work. 
-Experience or sound knowledge of Engineered Segmental Retaining Walls is imperative (It is more important than the hardscapes component). 
-Site development and Hardscape Construction related products is a huge plus 
-Experience with outside sales 
-Ability to cold call and set up lunch-n-learns 
-Excels in business development MUST be a self-started, aggressive and sales oriented
